Credits being deducted and not added.
« on: July 26, 2016, 12:04:32 pm »
I have been using fusioncash for the last 4 or 5 days. My balance was over $50 at one time but started being deducted each time i completed an offer and continues to do so for a per iod of a week now.

It sounds like your credits are expiring.  Anything that you've completed will expire after 180 days if you haven't cashed out by then.  It's in the Fusion Cash TOS.

I was going to say the same thing.

Any time your balance is over $50, you need to cash out.

I see you joined in December.  If you never cashed out, that's the problem.  Your money is only 'holding' for 180 days.  You can cash out at $25.00.

Look at your account page. Does it say expired or denied next to the credits? I would cashout now since you're far above the minimum and you don't want to lose the rest of your money. If you're losing money every day like that its most likely credits over 180 days and you'll just continue to lose the old ones unless you cashout.

Yes to what they said about the credits expiring.  Once it starts it happens daily until you cash out.  Cash out ASAP before you loose more money.

It is crazy how you cash out and while it is pending the offers get disqualified after the fact. Weird.

When described this way (if speaking of your current cash out that rolls into the "pending" status) if you experience a disqualified credit (one that is noted on your account page as "denied" in red type) that is most likely a credit revoked by the advertiser.  This notification can come at any time.  But if you waited far too long to push the cash out button so that it put you so close to the end of the 180-day period you are helpless to the automation taking place.  It would automatically deduct the credit on your account page with the notice "expired" in red type.

Why would an offer be denied days after you completed it.  Guess survey sites are luck of the draw like gambling.  It wasn't pass the 180 day mark.  Stated that it was advertiser but why if you already cashed out?

Are you referring to the email notification that FC sends regarding any changes to your account?  Since you have the option at sign up to not receive these then you will be surprised when you see your balance change on your FC page.  The email FC sends is a standard explanation of the deduction of credits that FC is obliged to pass along.  The advertiser is the "client" with the power to accept or reject results of surveys we members have been taking once they are received from the "host site," or FC.  Sometimes the study is deemed to be useless if the advertiser determines the answers are rushed or they see inattentive gibberish answers to open-ended questions or if you blow through one of their quality checks (not all surveys have these).

That's the reason some survey companies delay showing the credit until they're sure the market research company approves the credit. The survey results may not be screened until they get all the results they need which may take days or a month. So if it takes them a month after you complete it and they kick out your result they won't pay Fusioncash so fusioncash won't pay you. I've been a member since 2011 and I've only had around 10 surveys revoked so it's not a common thing
