Topic: The number for my telephone is a land line, you say it is not  (Read 1459 times)

I was told that I had to put my phone number in so that I could be verified and that is what I did and then you told me that it needed to be land line and said it was something else. The number on my account is my LANDLINE I do not have magic jack or anything such as that. If you call it you will get my landline phone in my home. I would really appreciate it if you would correct this. Why did I not get credited with life lock when I signed up for it? It was there earlier but it is not there now. I have done what I have been asked to do yet you are still giving me a problem. I would love to stay on with Fusion Cash as long as things are the way that they are suppose to be. I would appreciate it very much if you would correct both of these issues as soon as possible. Thank  you very much.    :(

Sandy, you'll have better luck if you send in a Ticket and explain your problem to Fusion Cash.  Writing here on the forum, it may not get seen by the people you want to see it.  Good luck.

Yes send in a ticket, I had the same issue years ago, as my phone is through Charter Communications, people ask me ALL the time if my phone number is a cell phone

Keep bugging FusionCash about it till they fix your problem :) Good luck!

When I verified my phone # a few years ago it seems like FC said a landline worked better.  I only had a cell phone and I WAS able to get verified.  As others suggested put in a support ticket.

Like others said, send in a support ticket.  Go to Get Help, next to My Account.  They can help you, posting here helps as there are times someone can help, but with your problem you need to contact Fusion Cash.  Good luck and let us know how you make out.

I am sorry that you are having such a difficult time with Fusion Cash. It's really a great site.

Who is your home landline with? I am bundled with Time Warner and never had any problem when I joined FC several years back. Is there any chance that your home land line is the same number as your cell phone?

As others members have posted, your best bet is to open up a support ticket.

If you have not yet been verified, then you may not be able to earn money by taking offers such as Life Lock.
