I thought she was wonderful! She delivered a lovely speech. She was great to look at and was tastefully dressed.

Plagiarism has gone beyond the bounds of reasonableness in this country. I feel so sorry for kids in college now that have to write things that have never ever been said before. The poor professors have to check their submissions with machines that check thousands of other papers. It's absolutely ridiculous.  I guess all the things you've ever read before just disappear like smoke after you read them and they'll never come out of your brain when the occasion warrants it?

And the Democrats are just trying to use more smoke and mirrors to make themselves feel justified for all their lying and cheating. How do people have the time to spend trying to find things that might be something they can "get" you on. How trashy is that?

It seems no one can say anything at all anymore without someone being offended. Guess we all should just keep our mouths shut all the time to be safe! Right?

I was rolling on the floor laughing hysterically after hearing the comparison clips between the speeches of Michelle Obama and (Crooked) Melania Trump. Please Lord, let this election be mercilessly over. I cannot stand Trump (damn hypocrite), his family, and his PR cronies. Please go the hell away!

I certainly think that it was more than commonly said things. The exact concepts were mirrored. While I'm not a fan of bashing the family, I sure think her PR liaison should be fired. It was pretty dumb to be that blatant, politically speaking. As for smoke and mirrors, I think the worst of that was the campaign staff saying she wrote herself, then saying they did it, then saying who cares. It was an easy enough mistake to the claim without looking THAT shady!

I've never cared what a first lady's speech had to say. They aren't the ones who will be President, and their opinions bore me... and this would go the same with a first husband.

True. I mean the First Lady's speech is basically "My Husband's a good man & will make a good President". It's not ever been the most substantive speech to begin with. So, it's even more absurd that they keep raking her over the coals over this.
