I would not mind anything else but I do need noise, I cannot be in a quiet place it drives me nuts.  Anything else I can live with very little but silence is not my thing

I watch the survival programs so here goes. I would make a raft so I could go fishing, I would use a little of the meat or limpets as bait. I would use the threads on my boot laces as fishing line. I would start a fire using the bow-drill method (rubbing sticks together to create heat), I would use the fire to boil/purify the water around me so that it is drinkable. I would use bamboo as a container to boil my water in. I would collect rocks so that I could spell out SOS on the beach in case there were any helicopters flying overhead. I would prepare 3 extra fires (as apparently 3 is the international code for "needing help") and would be ready to transfer/light the fires at a moments notice in case there were any boats on the horizon ....... or... I could just relish in the peace and quiet of my own company. No work, no kids, no chores.

The garden idea is a good one that someone mentioned!  Also, I would ration my food until I could figure out a way to fish and gather food from the island such as any edible fruits.
