renting a room

would you rent a room for someone who has to live from a van because of foreclosure? How do you treat people when you see this. Do you realize that they were like nurses and took care of you or your family for years. or even more. people out there are living in dangerous times now waiting on that first social security check. being to disable to do their job yet not filing for disability because social security is near. People who rent rooms are usually the ones who have their lives become one of a psychologist never getting a moment alone to be on the internet working on their book. Or they must be an unpaid companion yet they have paid their rent. work above and beyond what a person having paid the rent is expected. How do people treat those they rent to. Could there be an equal barter exchange for people in transition looking for a room. would you rent a room without demands on an already very hot tired person.

I would try to help as much as I could. Are their no apartments low income? I know in my town there is a set that are priced on each persons personal income.
