Has anyone wondered why when you reach $25.00 payout that FC does not include your offers total and Bonus amount in your total pay? Is there a reason why? All I can guess is that you meet the $15.00 requirement and your Bonus amount needs to be added to. Because right now if I add all these I would be at $46.62 not $23.36. Anyone know why they dont include the offers and bonus into what your paid?

I'm not sure I understand you. When I cash out, both the bonuses and offers are included in the total amount. Could you elaborate further?

when i cashed out I was not seeing those included!

What were you seeing? After you cash out when you're on your account page, you should see all the bonuses and offers that are included in your cash out. Next to each item, it will say cashout pending.

I requested a cash out a little over a week ago so right now I'm sitting on $3.25.  Got to get going!!

Your account balance should total offers plus bonuses. My current balance is $7.14($3.79 in offers plus
   $3.35 in bonuses )

You get paid the total amount you earned unless you had credits denied for some reason.

What does it say on your account page? What total, amount in offers and bonuses?

As the others suggested.. it is weird what you see.. try to follow what they told you to do. Your current balance should include everything you earned so far...
But just to be safe, if you really don't know how to fix this or still have unanswered questions, the best thing to do is to open a ticket. FC will surely be helpful

Bonus credits include survey disqualification and promotions(proof of payment, forum, two weekly, and referrals)

Yes they include the bonuses an stuff when you go to the account page it shows everything you were credited for

  When you cash out all the money in your account should go to your pending payout.  On the left side of your account page they break down your earnings from offers and bonus only because of the $25 required to have for cash out, at least $15 of it must be in offers.
