My pet peeve... (or at least one of them)

Posters that title their post with one word (why, what, etc.) drive me NUTS!   Please give me a clue what your post is going to be about so I can decide to read it or not.  I find most of these one word titled posts are just complaints, so I have quit clicking on them.

My pet peeve is pets.

People often think of them as their "babies" and that they can do no wrong.

Recently a neighbor's grown son and friend were walking the family dog, a big husky.

I walked in the grass around them, giving them the sidewalk.  (I was on a "power walk").

The dog was on a very long leash and it jumped on my back as I passed. It was over my back, and the paws on my shoulders.

The two men just laughed when I let out a scream. 

Frustrating. I sooo respect people who understand their pet is not the same with strangers as it is at home, and keep the lease tight when meeting strangers.

One of my pet peeves or maybe a complaint is the "one way streets." Especially driving in a big city where you need to get to your destination and you missed a turn. Drives me crazy!

Funny...I kind of agree with you there.  However, my biggest pet peeve are people who think they are the only one on the road or in the aisle at the grocery store.  Just completely oblivious to anyone else!  After all, isn't all about me, me, me, me , me, and me!!!!! LOL!

one of my pet peeves is people on their cell phones driving!! it drives me crazy just last week a young girl with a baby in the back seat almost hit me head on because she was on her phone and didnt pay attention to what she was doing --nothing is that important you have to kill someone or yourself or that innocent baby to talk about --pull over if you need to talk !

My pet peeve is having people sign up for Fusioncash and never do anything. I mean how hard is it to get on a few minutes a day at least? I'm not talking about just a few, but hundreds of them.

My pet peeve is when you are on the phone, then they say I will call you right back.  Why bother to call if it's only seconds.  That is tops on my list.  Morons.

This is my pet peeve. My son will ask me what time we are having dinner tonight. I reply in a flustered tone (because I am busy) that we are having spaghetti at 6pm. No response from my son. So he shouts a bit louder. Mom, what time are we having dinner? I'm starting to get annoyed because I have a hundred jobs to do, and the help I get around the house is somewhat lacking. So I answer him, Spaghett at 6pm! You can imagine my frustration when I hear bellowing from the lounge, "Mom, can you hear me? What time are we having dinner?" I storm into the lounge and stand in front of my son, to see that he has ear phones on! I whip them off his head and bellow right into his ear! "If you are gonna shout questions at me son, at least remove your headphones so that you can hear my answer"!!!

      Why some people are so mean?
