Neighbors

Do you know all of you neighbors in your apartment building or neighborhood?  I live in an apartment and  I only know  a few people in my building. So many people come and go. Only a few long term residents.

I know quite a few of the ones that live at the end of my street, but none of them real well. None of us really hang out or anything, but we recognize one another.

I only know one.  Here we all have a lot of things to do, so nearly know each other even though live next to each other.

I mostly know my neighbors to wave and say hi as for years I worked night shift so I didn't really see that many of them

yes i know pretty much everyone on my street --and i know my neighbors on both sides of me --i feel very safe where i live because i took the time to know who is living next me and we all watch out for each other

I know most of my neighbors' names and I know them well enough to say hello, but I very rarely get into a discussion with any of them. People pretty much stick to themselves around here.

I know all of our neighbors in our cul-de-sac.  We are friendly to each other, but don't hang out together.  Our work schedules keep us apart....I wave as I drive off and back.

We do stop to chat to one another when we are outside

There are a hundred people living here.
Sometimes, I'll see a new face on the elevator.
I do know most of the people in my hall and the other two halls.

I have lived in the same neighborhood since 1988.  Sadly, I probably only know about 6-7 families well and by name.  Others I barely know at all.  It's funny how this is the case.

I know all my neighbors in the cul-de-sac.  We help each other out with pets, gardens and snow removal.
