Right now, I go to Planet Fitness at least twice a week, but I need to go more.  It is so hard, but I keep trying.

Definitely cut back soft drinks and sweets. Also stay away from fast food restaurants. Try to walk 30 minutes a day. If you can take an exercise class, I would participate.
