Survey Not Crediting

Did anyone else take a survey about new dishes that might possibly be served at various restaurants today and not get credited for it?

I did not today or recently but I have taken a survey like that many times in the past. i do not know if it is the same one or not but I always got credit.

Sometimes, it takes hours for a survey to credit. If you don't get credit within 24 hours, you can open a support ticket but there might not be anything that FC can do.

Did you get a thank you or congratulations page?

Yes, bostonphil, I got the usual page at the end asking how many stars I would use to rate the survey but I never got credit. I find contacting support about not getting credit is a waste of time as they never actually get you the credit.
