Not paid for work done with Crowdflower

I am new here, and I have done 11 task for Crowd flower. I took a screen shot of their page when I was done because I have notice I was only paid .10 cents per task and not .50 cents per task like the page has said.  Is there a time gap between payments? TIA for any help

Did you do 11 of the SAME task? Or were those previous tasks you did? If they were previous different tasks, they might have had different rates. Some tasks have to be manually reviewed for completion by the requester, and that might take several days.

They were all the same task. It was listening to audio recordings and telling them if it came out clear or not . I see the credit from FC for the task but this is what it shows - View all Tasks ×10

For those audio ones you only get a penny per audio clip. It's .50,  and if you look at the note section, next to the task bar it says they are only half a cent. not 50 cents.

Ya I have been having trouble with the 5 cent tasks the start button does not work and the other not getting the timer.

I do not do the Crowdflower tasks because I have a hard time getting credit.

It's a half cent not 50 cents as in you would need to complete 100 tasks in order to earn 50 cents

In the future crowdflower has their own support system and is usually pretty good about getting back to you quickly

That ".50" means a half cent, so you were more than likely credited correctly for the amount you did.

CrowdFlower is beginning to get on my nerves, honestly, especially with their Facebook requirement. Each time I open up a task in the morning, I have to keep logging in, and I keep running into trouble.

I enjoy the CF tasks and rarely have trouble with them... I know the ones to do that are easy and credit well and quickly... 0.50 is 1/2 a cent.... it will say 50 cents when it is 1/2 a dollar, but those are very rare

I would like to know how a few people in the crowdflower make so much when I only get a couple a day if that,  that credit. one person that uses it is at the $30 mark a few days before cashout.

Crowdflower drives me crazy and I rarely deal with doing tasks.  Either they pay that measly half cent or the directions for the task are unclear to me.  As a beginner on Crowdflower (I understand that you get better paying tasks as you successfully complete more tasks?), it is just not worth the time and effort for me.  Good luck!

There are a few categories of Crowdflower that I enjoy doing.   I usually check for the ratings by other people.  But there are some I really enjoy doing and can get a few cents.  Like someone else said, I have no idea how the folks that make so much do it but I assume they do a lot of the tasks.  I've always been paid for the ones I do.

I did a few of theirs, but a few I had issues with so I had to contact them. They were very happy I did.
