Customer service is so important no mater what business you visit or speak with. Some people just do not understand that and treat you any kind of way they like.

Because they get away with it.  Farther up the line they do not care either.  People also know that customers will come back mostly because they don't have a choice.

seems like if they're trying to sell you something they're your best friend.if you want something from them they don't know you.

The best thing to do is reward good customer service by doing more business with them. For poor customer service take your business else where.

There are some people who just don't be friendly enough to be a customer service.  So if I feel they don't do the way the support to do.  I'll go somewhere else. :) sorry to say it :)

That's true, but then there are some who takes such care in their service that you can't help

Not every customer service is rude, I encountered many pleasant ones and were very satisfied.

I always learned that your customers are your business. I always treated customers the best I could even if they were screaming in my face. without them , I wouldn't have a job.

For the most part I receive decent to good customer service much of the time.  I really have to hand it to many customer service reps because they deal with a sometimes rude and demanding public.  However, if I happen to receive exceptionally poor customer service, I tend to report it to a manager.  I don't always though, but I probably should!

For the most part, yes customer service Reps are nice.  But it's usually the customer who has the attitude.  I believe in killing them softly with kindness.

Hello to everyone out there in Fusion Cash World

I agree that "customer service" in any business is important.  In fact, I learned at Fullerton Community college that the "receptionist" is one of the most important jobs that any "corporation" can have and the reason for that is that the person who answers the phone needs to do it in a professional manner such as "XYZ company Ms. Lisa speaking, may I help you?" etc.  and, of course, it's important to always double check on the client's correct spelling of their names and to also double check their phone number!

In other words, the receptionist forms the first impression of the overall corporation and the boss of the company, of course!
