All surveys from "Your-Surveys"
« on: May 23, 2016, 04:34:42 pm »
I have a problem with these surveys.... when the popup opens (only for Your-Surveys) it reloads in the inside of the popup the FC website, which means I never get the chance to do any survey from them at all... every single survey from that company gives me the same error...

Did it happen to any of you??? :(

No problem with all the other surveys:
- Samplicio.us works fine always,
- SaySo I get screened out most of the times
but at least they work...

That almost sounds like a website rendering problem on Your Surveys end.  I don't know what browser you're using, but if you google "website rendering problems" you might find an answer.  Good luck writing to them and possibly getting an answer to your problem.  I've been dealing with them since last November when I wrote to them to tell them of a completed survey that didn't pay me and they promptly BLOCKED me from taking their surveys.  I got every excuse in the book on why I was blocked, and never the same excuse TWICE.  I've got a feeling they have no idea what the heck they're doing there.

Ok, so thanks to FC I might have found an answer to my problem: according to them it seems that Your-Survey might have blocked me... but why??? I am always pretty honest with my surveys... what did I do for them to block me??? :(((

I don't find it fair... they should at least send an explanation email or something...   >:(   ???   :silly:

I've never gotten an error but I have been blocked before which was very surprising. I'm always honest and try to take my time. Your Surveys gave me a number of options as to why it could've happened. Long story short, I was able to take them again and haven't had a problem since. This was a while ago. Hopefully for you, the survey company will give you some sort of explanation.

Your Surveys is known to do this. They blocked me once and blamed me for using a proxy, but I never did. They did let me back in, but it's terrible that they block honest people for no cause or their system triggers are too sensitive.

If you read my post, they did the same thing to me quite the time ago.  I have an ongoing open ticket with them since last November.  Sorry to say it, but I think this survey company is a rip off.

Click on one of their surveys, enter your email address when it asks for it then click "continue."  In my particular case, it brings up an "Account Issue" page where I've already sent in a ticket to them many moons ago.  In your case, I would think there would be a link somewhere on the page that says "Contact Us" or something similar where you could send them a ticket.  After you send in your ticket, and if your account has truly been blocked like mine was, you should see the "Account Issue" page like I do after trying to qualify for another of their surveys.  I hope you can get your ticket in, but don't expect any quick replies - they're slow and their replies are unsatisfactory.

I go a message from them saying my account was blocked. I primarily use my phone. It initially wouldn't let me send a ticket. Saying something like gmail or google accounts not allowed. It eventually let me submit a tocket, which has been pending since 5/31. No resolution yet. But 90% of the surveys on my page are from them. So it has limited me.

Trust me it's not a website rendering issue its a browser issue. Something on your browser is making this  happen i know I'ts happen to me many times til i got the issue solved and fixed. Don't ask me how  i did it was a while back and i don't remember

Well.... since it seems that I can't even access their surveys because I automatically get disqualified, I think I won't ever really know what is going on... nor will I get the chance to ask them in person... but hey, on the other hand.... I am not going to waste time on this either.

Definitely going to try changing browser... let's see ;)

That explains a lot. I wondered why I was blocked out as well.

Clear your Browser history, or try another browser, that may work...
