I use Google Calendar which I sync with my phone. I always write stuff on my paper calendar too.  I like to know where I am and where I'm going.

I have a paper calender hanging on the wall.
I like to see everything on a calender.     One calender that we can all see & know what is going on.  Still a great time saver.

My work calender is on the computer that I sync with my work phone.

I use a paper calendar, 1- to keep track of what i need to do, 2- keep track of what hubby needs to do (not that he looks at it much) i just remind him 3 keep track of dad's doctor visit and when to order his meds. So it is usually full. Now on top of that i have to keep track of when a older friend needs to go see the doc. plus when to get his blood work and whenhe is to go to the doctor. Sometime i wonder why i am tired.

Most Asian supermarkets give out free calenders at the New Years week... I always have one at my place, but I most use my desktop calender

I have several paper calendars in the house, kitchen, bedroom, dining room where I keep track of appointments etc.

I use the calendar on my phone just to see what day it is
