Labor Pain Simulator

There is a machine designed to make people experience labor pain. Has anyone tried it? Would you try it? What do you think about it?

I've seen those being used in videos online where men are put through the pains of labor.  Of course, it's much easier for the men to drop out because all that needs to be done is shut down the machine.  Being a woman who knows first hand what labor is all about, I don't think I'd try it, nor would I need to.  I think it does quiet those men who think women have a low tolerance for pain, though, LOL.

I have heard of this machine, but have never used it or plan to use it.  I didn't experience strong labor pains because I had a C-section.  I think this machine should be used on men so they can experience what a woman goes through.

I saw a video of 2   DJ's who found out labor was not as easy peasy as they thought.  It was pretty funny since they could stop the pain at any time.

I think it's interesting, and no, I don't want to try it, though I think it's funny/painful to watch guys try it, since it does paint something of a picture of what women go through (though not the same)

I can't imagine why anyone would want to use a machine to intentionally inflict pain on themselves, there is plenty of the real stuff going around to satisfy me.

I have heard of this machine, although have never used it. I had two kids, one by cesarean, one by hard labor! I wouldn't wish labor pains on any of my loved ones, although would be intrigued to find out if anyone would volunteer for the experience. My husband experienced kidney stones and the doctors likened the pain to child birth. From the look on my husband's face after being released from hospital, I'd say he'd just given birth to a kidney stone!

My thoughts exactly.
I've heard of those machines, but didn't know there were videos showing them in use. Some people are weird nowadays.
