How do you know when it's time to cashout?

You can cashout whenever you make $25. But at least $15 of that money has to be from money you made off of offers. Might I suggest you keep doing offers and earning money until the last day of the month? Because the cashout system works in a way that you get paid on the 20th of the month after you cashed out.
Example:
I cashed out on August 10 and you cashed out on August 31st. We would both have our cashouts processed on September 20th although i cashed out first.

So I, along with many other members, wait until the last day of the month to gain as much cash as possible and wait as few as possible.
