a message saying my email is not valid?

I have had this email for years and have never had a problem with it?  ??? Today I come here and I'm told to change my email address? I don't understand this. Can anyone help?

Yep - I just got this same message and was coming here to post about it. I have been a member for many years and have never seen this. I did get my daily email today, my email IS valid (it's almost 20 years old). What's happening admin?

Yes, I submitted a support ticket. I'll let you know what they say, although if they really are having an issue with my email I don't know how I'll get a response? But my email IS fine, I've received probably 20 messages since getting this error on FC.

I also get this when I click on the email confirmation link:

Bounced Email
 There was a problem with the email address you entered.
We're sorry, but there was an error when we tried to send your confirmation email to xxx@xxx.com

The error returned was: Permanent Failure (Other undefined Status). Please update your email address to confirm your account.

I received emails noticing me of receiving credit as recently as 10 am this morning. Can someone please look into this? I don't have another email address, and there is nothing wrong with my account. As far as I know, I have never blocked or unsubscribed?

Obviously, it is some kind of glitch. It may correct itself but if not, keep posting about it under the support discussion group if you can not open a ticket.

Didn't get a response from my support ticket. This morning there was a new banner across the top saying my email wasn't confirmed. This time, no "bounce back" error, and I seem to be ok. I did still receive my daily email (prior to "re-confirming"), so it didn't actually affect anything?

Either way, everything seems fine now.

I got the same message and changed my email to another one I sometimes use. But it does seem to be an FC glitch of some kind. If you hear the problem has been cleared up, please let the rest of us know so we can switch back to our regular email addresses if we did change emails.

Maybe the easiest way around this thing right now would just be to create a new Gmail account or something.  I didn't think about the support ticket thing being difficult since you might not get a reply.  It seems lately that support is taking quite a while to reply to any tickets, too.

I got that message the day after. I just "re-confirmed" and everything seems to have gone back to normal.

I was using another website and couldn't log in.
They didn't recognize my email address.
I looked it over and saw that I forgot one letter in my name.
I use my name  part of my email address.

Sometimes this error occurs for some members. Make sure to send a message to FC tech team and they can help you out with this.
