what did you do today?
« on: May 11, 2016, 07:26:00 pm »
Today I went to work, got off work at 5pm,we went and me and my old man went to dinner. I ordered shrimps, ribs, salad and potato. He had steak, salad potato and my ribs. Then we shared a vanilla, chocolate brownie sunday in a martini glass. Everything was great. This was heavy eating night, next few days i will be eating a lot less food.

You had a wonderful day. I worked on the computer. Seems I ate all day long lol. Started off, making a pot of coffee that I bought with a coupon. Had oatmeal with tortilla chips. I made nacho tortilla chips. Southern Fryed Chicken yummy. I had a apple. I enjoyed my day thank you.

Put my adult son on a plane back to his home.  He's been home for 2 weeks after not having seen him for 3 years.  Sad but so happy he was with us for two weeks.   I can tell you one thing, I will not go 3 years again without seeing him.   Going to try and stay busy to keep my mind off of missing him but of course I'll be tracking his flights until I know he is home safe and sound.

Since I did not have to work today, I woke up at 7:30 am.  I watched Perry Mason and then Matlock, and got up and fixed breakfast and did my washing.  Now I am going to rest the rest of the day.  My Grandson is staying with me this week and he has been a good help.  Just a little while ago his sister called and wanted him to go to town with her.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :D

I spend most of the day outdoors. Went for a long walk...after all, it is a beautiful day!

I've been Weed eating before it gets too hot.  I'm going to stay inside and enjoy the a/c the rest of the day.

Today my hubby and I unloaded a 16 foot Budget truck filled with household goods into a storage facility. We both worked straight for 4 hours and my back and legs are now so sore, I can hardly move. I love getting this type of exercise, though, and have for sure lost some weight from doing it.

My day is more then half over, but i got up this morning fixed breakfast, did our laundry. got behind because i had my dads and a friend of his to do on Monday and that was all day it seems. It is easier to do it here at home then at his place. been watering the rest of the yard starting to get things ready for supper and will finish up watering out back soon. But need a little time on fusion cash. A great way to take a break

Went to a local home improvement store, and bought four big bags of manure for the garden. Then hauled it out by the garage.

Good cardio, and will be good soil for the veggie/herb garden.

Lots of weeds out there to take care of....ha! no fertilizer for those!  :)
