Anyone one else having a lot of pain today. Today is not a good day for me, everything hurts due to my health issues. I will have to take it easy for the rest of the night. Ice treatments, begay and Motrin.

How are you treating your pain?

I find when the pain is really, really bad OTC meds help but when it's not too bad the best medicine is exercise!!!!

I take alfalfa for joint pain. It seems to help over the long term.

I get sores and soem pain around the back and feet. i get tingling and pin and needle on my feet every day due to diabetes. I suspect I have nerve damage. I usually make hot tea and soak my feet in cold water to alleviate. the tea does help.

I am in pain 24/7 due to osteoarthritis & degenerative disk disease. My doctor prescribed a high dose of Ibuprofen as I cannot take narcotics. It doesn't ever take away all the pain, just makes it bearable. Swimming in a heated pool helps take away some of the pain & is one of the few exercises that I can do.
