I spent 40 minutes doing a SURVEY on pizza. It paid $.75. I got to the end where it asked how many in the family and income bracket, answered ....then a little box from Fusion Cash pops up and tells  me  I DID NOT QUALIFY????????. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

What's up with that FC? I COMPLETED the survey!!!!! Now I want my 75 cents!!!!!!!!! Stop ripping us off!!!!  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Another thing - FC wouldn't allow me to emphasis my outrage with capitals on some words.

I had a similar situation the other day and it Is very frustrating. It is not FC's fault but the survey company's.
Perhaps a more equatable solution would be to at least pay half if over half to 3/4 of the survey is done.

it's the survey company's fault... FC has nothing to do with it... send in a support ticket... it might help and will at least tell FC there is a problem with this particular company

I have had similar problems and I too get furious but that's the way it goes. It might help to send in a support ticket. it can not hurt.I do not attempt surveys that take 40 minutes. I will not even attempt a survey that is longer than 30 minutes and that is only if I have time on my hands.

I have recently had some very bad survey experiences with another site that I have been on for years. The situation is too complicated to go into it but it has left a very bad taste in my mouth and making me wonder if I want to continue with this other site.

Problems with surveys are not just a FC problem. All my sites are having problems when it comes to surveys. plus they are all paying less for longer and longer surveys.

I feel your anger sfreeman8, I can totally relate! Unfortunately, this has happened to many of us, either right after a completed  survey or payment gets denied with no explanation weeks later. This is very frustrating because we put in our valuable time and then get nothing in return. We are not paid by the hour for our time, like a real job so this is the risk we take when we agree to do any surveys on any sites!

The surveys are hit and miss.  You won't always be credited for them.

I, too have decided to leave surveys that take much longer than 25 minutes.  Complete baloney when this type of thing happens!

I agree, fusioncash simply sends you to a third party. Granted, it makes more sense to get all those questions out of the way early, but then people would complain about having to answer a bunch of questions before getting to a survey.

   There ought to be a law!    :BangHead: I feel your outrage!  This is the main reason that I quit even attempting surveys.  I really believe that these types of surveys never intend to pay, just get your info. :bad:

Totally understand your frustration. You should be disqualified with the initial qualifying questions not at the end of the survey.

No, a box CLEARLY marked FUSION CASH popped up and told me I didn't qualify. Nothing from the survey company. Too bad I didn't have mind-reading ability to see the end of the of the survey of the DQ so I wouldn't have wasted my time.

That is a long time to spend on a survey when it almost guaranteed it will not pay.

That's downright irritating, DQ-ing should be within the first few questions, not when the taker is nearly done. Makes me think they just want free opinions.

I don't get involved with surveys longer than twenty minutes, especially when they don't pay much... Far too easy for things like this to happen. Matter of fact, a similar experience is what prompted this 'rule'
