I had one, but got rid of it.  The price is high, but that really didn't bother me too much, but then I realized how expensive the pods were.  Even when I could find them on sale, it just seemed like way too much money, for me anyway.

I agree that the price is very high for those coffee machines, esp. considering that you can find "regular" ones for about a quarter of the price. The nice thing about them, however, is that you can brew your coffee one cup at a time instead of making a full pot. My GF, being a much bigger coffee drinker than I, actually has both a Keureg as well as a regular kind. That way she can make a cup for herself if she's the only one drinking coffee, or make a full pot if more people will be drinking it too. As for the pods, they now have these refillable pods in which you can fill with any ground coffee. Thus you can buy the coffee like you normally would without having to specifically buy the more expensive pods; my GF got the original, K-Cup-style of these from a generic manufacturer at Walmart for only a couple of bucks.

I love our regular, old fashioned, no frills, no hype, no new fangled coffee maker.  It brews a beautiful pot of coffee that my husband and I always enjoy.

Talk about the high price of this gourmet blend?  No thank you. I don't have to spend an arm and a leg for a good cup 'o joe.

We love our Keureg!  It is so convenient, and yes, we do use the refillable filter, so that we can use any ground coffee.  We also buy the K-cups, but can usually find them on sale if we look hard enough.  My husband orders them online.

I think if they made it so it made one cup and then also a full pot it would be a better coffee maker. With that said I love the machine because it makes so many different kinds.

That's interesting. I've often thought of getting a Keurig or other similar coffee maker. I love coffee, both freeze dried instant coffee and fresh ground coffee. I make instant coffee all the time at home, and then when I go out, I buy fancy fresh ground coffee. I'm worried if I get a Keurig that the thrill of coffee will be lessened. It's like buying a Blu Ray of a movie you've always wanted, and then once you've bought it, you don't ever watch the movie any more. I don't want that to happen. So, I'm going to leave it the way it is. My mistress, can remain my mistress, as it were!

I want one, a local restaurant has a Keurig, but I assume in an "industrial" size one. It does make the best coffee.

But really too expensive, I have a stove top expresso maker that works well to make my Americanos

On my second Keurig machine -- I upgraded to a larger water reserve.  Coffee fresh anytime you want it without having to make a whole pot.  We still have our backup Mr Coffee, but never use it.

We use Costco's Kirkland coffee as our primary source of pods, it is 100 pods for about $33.    I love coffee :)

I don't have a Keureg, but my daughter does.  They have had problems with theirs and have had to seen back a part and the company sent them a new one.

I love my Keureg. Yes the pods can be expensive, but you have to watch; a lot of grocery stores have them on sale. That's when I buy them!

They are expensive. I do find them very convenient at work. Anyone can make a cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate and you don't have to worry about filling up the pot or cleaning up.

If you know where to look, you can get the pods for pretty cheap.  HomeGoods will probably have them for a lower price.  Plus there are coffee filters designed for Keurig machines so you can still use your own ground coffee.

I love coffee simple, quick, and holding a second cup.

I will take the old-fashioned pot any day.
