I like chocolate milkshakes and buy the junior shake at Steak 'n Shake when I want to indulge. 

However, I regularly make a homemade smoothie that has almond milk, chocolate powder, bananas, peanut butter, chocolate ice-cream and Greek yogurt that is to die for good.  I don't know how many calories it has, but at least it's really good for me. Oh, yes it is too good for me!!

Yes sure do, strawberry is the best.  I only have them when it's warm weather.  Hope it warms up soon and I can have this treat.

An idea to try when making your own... Instead of using regular peanut butter, they now have powdered peanut butter (PB-2 is the name of one brand that I've used before). It'll still give you all of the PB taste, but without the oils and fats, it has fewer calories. So you can feel a little less guilty when making your own!

Yes I like milkshakes but I do not have them that often, only when I am in the mood for one. I like vanilla and chocolate chip, basically any kind that tastes good.
