I tried to cash out $48 and it was denied because they said I changed my name on my profile and I need to submit a court order showing a name change!  I signed up with my middle name because that's the name I go by but according to their rules, they want you to use the same name that is on your PayPal account.  So I changed my middle name to my first name to match my first name on my PayPal account.  Everything else is the same.... my last name, address, phone number and email.  And the email I used to sign up with FusionCash is the same email connected to my PayPal account.  So now I am just waiting on whether or not they will come up with something else so they don't have to pay me.  I have NEVER had problems like this with other survey sites and as soon as this issue is resolved, I'm deactivating my FusionCash account because this is absolutely ridiculous.  It's not like we're talking about hundreds or thousands of dollars here!  I literally laughed when they asked for a court order!

It's the scammers that make it hard for the honest people. I'm sure FC has no lack of people who are trying to "game" their system. If they don't "vet" people then they will be the ones who have to pay for the fraudulent activity.

@tcruz4 - When you're trying to cash out do not change anything on your account - and that includes name, email, address, etc...

If something absolutely has to be changed quickly, I suggest you drop a support ticket and let them know of the situation before you do anything.

Hopefully this will be straightened out soon.

I changed my middle name to my first name a couple of weeks before I tried to cash out!  They are only being nit picky so they don't have to pay.  It's as simple as that.  They are the ones that are scamming people!  There are other very legit survey sites that pay well and love their members, like Swagbucks for example.  They are very popular and have a lot of members because the members DON'T get scammed or cheated!!  If I was trying to do something fraudulent, I wouldn't be putting up a fuss about this!  This is the most craziest thing I have ever dealt with that involved a survey site.  I am sure all the other survey sites out there don't want people "gaming" their system either!  But are they this ridiculous?  Absolutely not!  I've been doing surveys for a long time and am fully aware FusionCash is simply looking for a way not to pay me.  Like I said, my email address, my last name, my home address, my cell phone number is all the same!  Never changed!

I'm sorry you're going through this. As someone who's been paid over 30 times I can tell you from experience that FC is not scamming you. And they pay on time. I hope you get it resolved soon. In my opinion, this really is a good site to make some extra dough.
