I love potatoes prepared all kinds of ways including baked (with butter and sour crème), home fried, potato salad and as potato chips. Yummy!

Mashed with some butter and albacore tuna.  Love that.

Boiled, slightly simmered in butter with garlic, salt and pepper then topped with green onions.

Potatoes are delicious either way you cook them, but here's my favorites....

1. Scalloped
2. Fried/fries
3. Mashed
4. Backed

I love my mashed potatoes the best.

Put a few holes in it with a fork a few slices with a knife put in microwave 3 or 4 minutes or until soft and eat it skin and all.

I love potatoes! I especially love that I can buy a bag of potatoes and I can mash them, scallop them, dice them into fries or chips and one of my favorites is to bake them and load them with ground beef/cheese/mushrooms/sour cream/etc. Mmmm...I wonder what's for dinner?

Well that is tricky because i don't think I ever met a potato I didn't like! I guess one of my favorite potato dishes is potato salad. I like the combination of potato chunks, sliced celery, chopped boiled eggs and creamy mayonnaise. I also like to add a few crumbles of crispy bacon. My other favorite form of potato is the baked variety. I love to add lashings of butter, sour cream and cheese, and again crispy bacon. I tried another dish the other week which was wonderful. Scalloped potatoes with cream, rosemary, sliced fried onions and grated cheese!
