Do you take vitamins on a daily basis. I take a few vitamins, but probably should take more.

I don't take a multivitamin but I do take vitamin D. It really helps my mood in the winter when there is limited sun. :rose: :rainbow: :peace:

I have a multi vitamin that I take. I'm trying to improve my eating so that I can cut back on the vitamins.

Yes, I take a number of different vitamins on a daily basis.  I can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel when I take my vitamins as opposed to in the past when I didn't take vitamins.   :)

I recently started taking a one a day multivitamin and a daily tablet of biotin 10,000 mcg for hair/skin/nail health.  haven't taken them long enough to really tell much of a difference though, only been a couple of weeks.

d3 vitamins... Other than tht Milk Thistle for fatty liver... Although it was a misdiagnosed, I still consume it due to the fact I bought it... Doctor thought I had fatty liver due to a blood test, but after awhile I was fine... They later found out that it could be the protein shake I was drinking at the time (Whey).. Because me and my brother both have that issue and we both were drinking the protein shake at that time...Although online it states otherwise

just started taking some different vitamins like,,,  D, C, flaxseed, and one that has different things in it. hoping they help me  :)

A few vitamins?  You should probably take more?  You can over do it on vitamins.  Why not just take a multi vitamin and be done with it?  I have been taking them regular for a while now.

Yes, I do.

I did a lot of reading on what a person my age needs.

I take a few vitamins, and other healthy options.....like powdered spinach in my smoothie in the morning, making it a "lumpy smoothie".

With all the processed food we ingest, we have to be alert to what we need...at least that is this old lady's opinion.

I have always taken vitamins.  It's been a number of years, but definitely I take vitamins everyday.

Yes.  I am a supplement junkie.  Sometimes I'm not hungry but I understand the importance of getting my nutrients so I'm a little bit fanatical about making sure I swallow the pills.

One thing I've learned is that animals have the ability to manufacture their own vitamin C within their bodies; however, human beings must get their vitamins from whatever they consume.

I take a multivitamin each day. It helps to keep colds away I think but I am not really sure.

My doctor says do it, so I do. The only thing i take on my own is pro-biotics to help with my digestion and regularity and it does work.

I take a gabillion, thrillion vitamins and I've added minerals now that I've read we're not getting those nutrients through the food we eat anymore.  :neutral:

I still can't understand if it's really better for you than just eating healthily alone, but I figure it's better than taking a gabillion, thrillion prescription meds. At least it won't mess you up too badly if you miss a day or so for some reason.
