Eye glasses or contacts

I like wearing my glasses more than using contacts.

I wear glasses when I'm at home and contacts whenever I leave the house.  My eyes feel a whole lot better doing it this way as opposed to wearing the contacts all of the time.  And wearing glasses out of the house drives me nuts.

I wore contacts for over 30 years and found them to be much better than my glasses. However, ever since I started needing progressive type glasses, it became hard to find contacts to suit my needs, so I have stopped wearing them. Loved them while I used them, though!

I wear glasses for near sightedness. So basically just for reading really small print. I have a hard time seeing anything closer than aobut 16 inches.. but everything further than that is perfectly fine.

I wear contact once.  And I don't like it.  Very hard work.  I even forget and sleep over night with it.   So I stop using contact and wear glasses only.

I have started to wear reading glasses at the weakest level (1.25X). My eyes were great until about six years ago when I began spending sixteen hours a day in front of a laptop screen. I can still see fine without glasses when driving and pass the driving vision test every time.  I worry that a reliance on glasses will make my eyes weaker and lazy. I had thought about corrective surgery and/or contacts but that just seems like so much more work and money then just plopping on a pair of glasses every once and a while. Kind of funny that in my younger days I had wanted to wear glasses because I thought they mad people look wiser.  I even wore some mock glasses in High School because I thought they looked cool.

I wore contacts for over 50 years, and loved them, even the bifocal contacts, but in the last five years, I have had to go to glasses full time.  I was having to wear reading glasses over my bifocal contacts to see close up.  I was also having a dry eye issue.  I never wear my glasses when I am working on the computer.  I can see better without them.  I do miss my contacts.

      I do not like contact lenses because: It can be a real hassle if you forget to remove them. Eye glasses are safer than contact lenses

i prefer eye glasses because putting things into my eyes seems like a painful experience.

I first got glasses in high school, then switched to contacts after graduation.  I loved them at first, but then got tired of the upkeep, and things like not being able to rub my eyes when they itched.  I've been back on glasses for 20 years and am happy with them.

I ususally switch from wearing glasses to wearing contacts,i sometimes try not to wear them at all to rest my eyes.I dont like wearing neither.
