Question about referrals

So when a referral signs up supposedly you get bonus money if they complete an offer. Does this count if the offer they completed was paid to click? How long does it take to get that bonus?

All of my referrals have had to complete a non-PTC offer like the daily to get credit for me.  As for when it credits to you, I think it's based on when they get credited for the offer completed.  So far, mine have credited in about 24 hours.  Good Luck!
