No matter if it is going forward or back it always seems to throw me off for a few days, but I do prefer daylight savings.

I'm not a big fan of time changes especially when I lose an hour in the spring.  Life is too short to lose an hour.  Of course I don't mind gaining an hour in the fall.

i am so glad to spring forward -- i really dont like it getting dark at 6 at night --plus it means warm weather is just around the corner and i am waiting for that as patient as i can  lol

I cant hardly wait to put the clocks forward so there is more daylight in the evening,I have seasonal affective disorder so the later daylight really makes me feel better.

I am so ready for daylight hours. I feel so much better. I am always up when it is still dark or the sun is just coming up. And hat it when it is dark outside at 5.  Just throws me off all the time. Now spring is almost here. then no more cold weather.
