I just got a got a phone call from a Ohio number 234-321-3432, the, of course, foreign speaking man told me that my Windows 10 operating system is sending messages to them. I said my system is sending messages, oh no, and then laughed at him and told him that I have heard other people have had the same problem. I guess I was a little sarcastic. He told me I was a F*****g idiot, I turned to my husband and laughed and repeated what he said and he repeated it again and hung upon me.

I would have said well that's odd because I don't have windows 10. Or better yet I don't have a computer.  They are trying to get your credit card number.  But saying that scares a lot of people and they fall for the scam.  I had not heard that one yet though.  I don't answer out of my area phone calls.

I have had the same call! They claimed to be from Microsoft and that I need to download this system and I was young at the time and when they called I answered our house phone and my dad told him off and he said, "how much would your daughter charge for a one night stand?." Like how vulgar and disgusting. They were also foreign I think Indian. Like how do they do this?

That was the accent this man had too. I had a woman call a few months ago, I just told her I didn't have time for her garbage and hung up on her. But this guy was too funny. The digits in the number look really fake though, that's why I posted them 234-321, And it was an Ohio call. Probably not.

They use US numbers but they are really calling from foreign countries. A lot of Indian speaking people try to get over on the Americans thinking we are "dumb" or "stupid". Last year I got a phone call stating he was from the IRS and that I have a warrant for my arrest and if I did not pay $8000 that I owed that a sheriff would come to my house and arrest me. I told the "IRS" man that he was scamming the wrong person! I do my own taxes, therefore I do not owe any money to the IRS and I work for a court, therefore I do not have a warrant or I would not be able to work you dumb *bleep*! OMG, don't even get me started! I asked him to give me the address where he was calling from so I can personally give him a visit and show him proof of how much of an idiot he was...he then hung up on me! LOL!!

Oh i cant stand this calls usually i wont answer but when i do i already know there going to try and feed me bull really but i go along with it then come up with something sarcastic at the end and end the call . I find it funny how they think i don't know what there up to but i do lol  so usually i report there number and i am never surprised by how many reports are on the list wow .

Scammers hate them.  I have had that phone call as well.  Worse one was the foreign person who called me to tell me I had won a large amount of money.  I said oh wow that is great what do I have to do?  He started saying this stuff about giving an over the phone payment of a administrative fee.  I said that is a scam and you are nothing but a scammer.  He said I am not a f****** scammer and I said oh yes you are .... he was screaming at me over the phone until I hung up.

i got a message on my pc saying to call a number to fix my windows .So i called Windows itself not that no. and the guy cleared some stuff i don't know what he did.Asked him if that no. was bogus and it was

I don't answer calls that I don't recognize the phone numbers.  If it is important, they will leave a message and if I feel it is important enough, I will return the call.

you have to be careful these people from other countries make these calls to try and get your information. if you see numbers that you don't now just let you phone go to voice mail if its important they will leave a message.

If I dont recognize the number, I just dont pick up the phone. I have a few numbers that go to auto reject. it is nice.

Normally I don't answer calls when I don't recognize the number.   I got tired of the repeats so I started keeping a small whistle in my house.  I now will answer the phone and blow the whistle as loud as I can into the receiver.  Don't think it would damage anyone's ear but I smile thinking how much I may have annoyed the person.

Don't listen to them, it's a scam. This has happened to me numerous times, I just started ignoring the calls.

I've never received a call like that. I still get those e-mails that some "relatives" have left me money or something like that. Lately I've been getting e-mails saying that paypal needs me to update my bank info but it's never a paypal e-mail.

I make a habit of never answering the phone numbers that don't show who it is from. One time I did and this person came on claiming he was my grandson and they were broke down in Mexico and he need $1400.00 wired to him asap. Well I knew right where my grandson was. Proceeded to read him the riot act up and down on him. Yep called me a few names.  told him to wait a sec and put my hubby on who told the guy he was a police officer. Well the phone  got hung up in a hurry.
