Does anyone know how to get rid of moles? We have some around our foundation.

Find a tunnel, place a trap with bait, then see if you catch the mole/moles, if you don't catch any from that tunnel, try another!

Try Googling it. I have gotten very useful information on Google.

How about a Have a Heart trap with which you could catch them without hurting them and move them to some distant forest or something. I don't know what sort of bait would attract a mole, but you could probably find that out by googling the question.

Some people use snap traps set out by the mole holes, sprinkle scented bird seed over the trasp and area near the holes and then set an upside down 5 gallon bucket over the traps so squirrels or other animals above ground don't get caught in the traps.  The moles are attracted and come up and out of the ground and you catch them.

I have a ground hog I need to get rid of this year. He made himself quite at home last summer.  He is huge.

:) They make mole traps. If you quietly watch a lot of times you can catch them digging. Also, filling the tunnels will drive them out or drown them. :)

I like the idea of catch & release too.  (They're little, and cute...and ALL lives matter. )  :)

We have prairie dogs that breed out of control in Utah.  They even dig into the graves at the cemetery but they were on the endangered list so no one felt that it was legal to take action.  That fact made me decide to be cremated when the time is right.

Have a great day!
