I have always  found the forum a great place to get answers and or resolve issues with the site. They have some really experience members on here and if you post your situation, someone generally has an answer. I am not sure if FC is set up to hire a  full time  person to chat with us to resolve issues. Try posting your issue here in forum and perhaps one of the more experience (I am not one of them) can help you. That has always worked for me. Good luck.

I agree with 'makeblessed' in regards to the helpful atmosphere of the forums. I am still very new to FusionCash and I have found many of my questions previously asked/answered in the forums and have felt welcomed to ask questions and try to help others (which I hope to get better at doing as I learn the site). Support tickets would probably be solved faster if some people stopped submitting for questions that can be answered simply by reading the terms of service.

I understand the meaning that the quoted comment was shooting for (a real time back and forth dialog), but does anyone else laugh at the irony of how the two actual statements relate to each other?

old buddy knows most of the answers here, but like when surveys take an hour and dont credit for a time out thing other sites with a chat box can fix and credit them for you. so it would be nice to have a chat box person even an hour a day.

But which hour of the day would you have it be?  The hour that you take a glitchy survey wouldn't necessarily be the same hour that I take it.  If they had a chat option, I think it would have to be available 24 hours and as some have already indicated, that is likely cost prohibitive.


I'm not saying chat is a bad idea, just that one hour a day might as well be not at all.
