Can't Cash Out

Hi, I've been trying to get a cash out since January 18th.  My phone number won't verify, so I've emailed my photo id.  When I emailed it, I didn't include the fax sheet, so I re-emailed with the sheet.  Then my sheet didn't have my signature, so I re-emailed with a signature.  Then I got a reply "It must be physically signed - using a program to electronically sign the cover sheet is not a valid signature." I replied back that it was easy to see it was a script signature, not one generated by a program.  I didn't get a reply, so I opened another ticket and they sent the same response back with no additional explanation.  I emailed back my response and haven't heard a reply.  I tried to follow up again, the same response. 

I think you get the picture.  I'm not sure what I need to do to get a cashout.  By this time, I suppose I'm past the time limitation for the cashout. 

Is anyone else having this sort of problem?  It's been way to difficult to have a dialogue to solve any issue so I can get a payment.

Are you using a real phone number of one of the freebie phone numbers people use on the internet?  That could make a difference.  OR are you possibly using a friend's phone number that also has an account?  That can also cause problems.

That is weird.  I've never had that problem.  Try to contact admin.  They'll be able to help and found why.

Maybe you should try a different phone number or phone, don't know why people have such weird problems on here, good luck

I had a similiar problem... although there was an easy fix.  When I got married I took my husbands last name.  Naturally I changed my name on banking, license and such.  I hadn't thought about my paypal account though.  FC provided a cover sheet for me.  I took it along with my DL to a local UPS store.  The employee there blew it up to the 150% requirement.  I attached it to the cover sheet and he faxed it to FC for a minimal fee.  Within a few days FC authorized my cash out and I'm back on.  Working on my 3rd cash out since that confusion.    FC

Not sure why you would even need to do this.  How would paypal know if your last name changed?

That's what I was wondering. If it's YOUR number then I'm stumped as to what the problem could be. But if it's one of those free numbers you can get that could be your problem.
