Anyone else having trouble submitting payment proofs?

I've been trying for several days to submit my last payment proof for the $1.00 bonus, but I keep getting the same server error messages once I click the SUBMIT button stating that it may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.  I've had no troubles in the past, but this one keeps cropping up.  My photo is 158KB, so it is within the size limits.  I've redacted my personal info as required.


I am waiting for a support ticket reply, but thought I would post here to see if I was the only one encountering this issue.

Thanks for the reminder because I had forgotten to do it for my last few payments.

I just uploaded one and didn't have any issues.

What is the file format you tried to upload? What are the photo dimensions?

It was a png format, I am not sure of the dimensions, but they weren't anything vastly different than what I had successfully posted before.


It must have been something with the January payment...  I got my February payment yesterday and tried to submit that one today instead -- it went through without a hitch!   So I have no idea what the problem was, but it is now solved.

No issue unless it was down temporarily.
