How is you energy level today?

i have no energy today, I wish I could sleep for a few days. I am trying to finish washing clothes and doing other household work.

I'm at a low energy level also.  We're expecting a bad ice storm the next couple of days so we're trying to prepare for the possibility of losing power, we always seem to lose power when there's an ice storm.  Getting firewood prepared, making sure we have lots of batteries for lights, need to go get some candles and make a pot of soup.  All this to  do and I'm on a low energy day.  Would love to curl up on my sofa with a thick blanket.  But alas, too much to do.

Same...I woke up from a nightmare last night (or early this morning) and couldn't get back to sleep. Not only that, someone had the thermostat on too high, but I was too tired to get up, go downstairs and turn it down, lol...

My energy has been fairly low throughout the week. But now that the weekend has come, and it's a really pleasant weather outside, I feel back on top of my game. I hope the weekend is being good to you too.

My energy level today is low as well.
I woke up early (for me) and went for a 3 mile run, then did some homework and untangled some yarn for my crochet blanket...now I am at work with another 9 hours and 20 minutes to go. Oi! And here I thought exercising was supposed to give you MORE energy!
I just drank a V8+caffeine so I'm hoping that will kick in and help me get through the day!

I have more energy than usual today.  It's a good thing because I have a lot of housework to do!  If you want to improve your energy level, look up Donna Eden and her energy medicine exercises.  I do them every day, and they work.

My energy level is normal, but I have pain. I did the front yard cleanup before the rain yes. I hope you fusioncash bloggers feels better and stronger.

I need more energy  to get through the day my coffee every morning just doesn't do it for me anymore . Need to look in to energy foods or snacks that might give me that extra boost i need . My energy today is low very lol

energy level is at a low...been sick for 3rd week now and it has really zapped it.  Taking 4 days off from work in hopes of getting rest & getting over it but just can't sleep..... so playing on-line and hopefully it's back soon.

pretty good. I bought some GinsengUp and it came yesterday.
I slept well last night too.
Breathing exercises help. There is a specific pattern to follow.
[4,7,8 count ]....investigate it.
I'd rather follow a breathing pattern to help me sleep than take drugs.

My energy level at the moment is at a normal rate. My wife woke me up this morning to read our scriptures with the boys before they head out to school. Although my energy level is normal, I always have a good feeling before my boys leave the house after some spiritual preparation to face their day that they are going to have the spirit of the Lord with them.
