Malicious Website Warning
« on: February 09, 2016, 08:34:16 am »
When I did Paid To Click this morning, I clicked on InventLand or InventionLand as my sponsored ad. I got a warning in red about a malicious website and someone is trying to infect your computer or steal info. I can not remember the message exactly.

I wonder if anyone else had this problem. I am getting ready to open a support ticket and let FC know.

I have had this happen when clicking on the sponsored ads for FC "PTC".  I click it off very quickly.

Yes, that would be something to report. Who knows if that's happening anyway, without us knowing. We need to be cautious.

They wanted you to download something or the like to protect yourself right? If so, it's an ad - an ad with scare tactics, mind, but still an ad. Your device is safe; your sanity not so much.

I see this type of message all the same from FC videos.   I learn to ignore it.

I will get those thru different Fusion Cash videos sometimes (and it can be ones that have been working great for days and the next day it is normal again) and than a warning from my anti-virus will pop-up about blocking a malicious website.  I just get out of there but shutting down the browser.  I have given up try to contact support on these type of things, my concern was to warn them of malicious/suspicious activities not about pennies and the response was obvious the paid no attention to what I wrote and told me to try other ways of earning,

I will get that pop up message from time to time, I just reboot my computer to make sure no viruses get on my pc and run a virus scan. I don't want to take any chances. It usually won't allow me to just x out of it easily without shutting down anyways, so I figure I might as well be safe a do a complete check before I get restarted.

I have only had this happen during the last week. Just like another forum member stated, Norton's has protected my system. I then close the tab. The worst part is that I don't think I get credit for the PTC video but since it doesn't happen often I have continued to risk the PTC videos because the best part is Norton's is watching out for me.

While I have not experienced this warning, I do believe you are doing the right and proactive thing in immediately reporting the incident. You cannot take something like that for granted, especially when it comes to protecting the security of your computer. I hope that you are able to get that rectified.
