In my last cashout I used to have that problem... Although I completed forum bonus, payment proof, and emails last year, I wasn't so active with videos or PTC... After when I finished school, I was able to grind our videos and radioloyalty to get the requirement for non bonus offers.

Although a few people have mentioned in this thread that you should wait till the end of the month to cashout, there are other experienced FC'ers that have a different theory. If you don't need that little extra money you'd get by waiting, by cashing out right away makes you that much closer to cashout the next time. This becomes more important if you have many referrals where the $15 threshold for offers becomes more difficult to achieve than the $25 total threshold. If it seems like you continue to get more money through bonuses than by offers, then it may make more sense to cashout right away, and use that "extra money" you would've gotten by waiting to help you reach the offer threshold for the next cashout.
