Huge Cashout Issue
« on: February 05, 2016, 04:02:13 am »

I always use PayPal. However, this time, FC is giving me an error message. They say my Paypal email address isn't correct.

...Except it is. The email address and name on both accounts match. I've cashed out many times in the past without issue. I've also received money in my Paypal account via the email address since.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? Was FC able to fix it, because it's clearly on their end?

I'm extremely frustrated because I put in a support ticket for this 5 days ago and I have yet to hear back, so I thought I'd bring it to the board.

Not sure about what your issue might be but I feel sure FC will get back to you.  I was just about to submit a help ticket for an issue, I keep receiving this notice:   Action Required: Your email address (*******) is not receiving our messages. When attempting to send you an email, we encountered this error: Other undefined Status. Please update your email address, checking carefully for typographical errors. You should also confirm that the account is still active.

My email is correct as stated so I'm not sure what the problem could be.  When I started to submit a ticket there was a message on the page stating responses are taking a bit longer due to the large number of support tickets received.   I'm sure they will respond to you in due time.

I believe that I read a similar post a few weeks back and Fusion Cash eventually was able to fix the problem. My memory is that it took a while and it was a problem on the Fusion Cash end.

You may not have heard back from them because they are working on the problem.

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago, but it got fixed after I signed up for a new Gmail account and added it to my PayPal account, then changed everything on Fusioncash to match.

I have read about members having Paypal issues recently on FC.  Since my method of payment all along has been the old snail mail check, which I have never had any problems with, I never linked up Paypal with Fusion Cash.

Then a few months ago when I took my Fusion Cash check to the bank, the teller said that she could not cash the check, like I had requested but could deposit it into my account.  That's what I had to do.

I came home a little frustrated with this because I have never had any problems cashing out my FC checks in the past.  I immediately linked in my Paypal account with Fusion Cash.

The first cash out went flawlessly.  I think I may have had a second successful cash out as well.

At the end of January when I again requested a cash out,  I, too, was notified that my account was not verified.  Like what others are experiencing, I don't have any issues cashing out with Paypal on other sites.

So right now I'm back to the snail mail method.  That's O.K. I have not problem with 'old school'.   8)

I had this same problem. I ended up having to change my email address. It's seems my email provider blocked FC emails. No idea why but I switched emails and things have been working fine!

If you're having this problem it's almost always because your name on your FusionCash account doesn't match the name on your PayPal account.  We used to be able to be flexible on this (e.g. allowing small typos or nicknames) but that's no longer possible -- they have to be exactly (letter for letter and space for space) the same.

Well now that explains quite a bit.  I have been using the accent symbol for my last name on my Fusion Cash account but I don't have it on my Paypal.

Since I have a pending cash out I can not make the change yet but I will try it again after it arrives.

Thank you for the tip.  I'll have to keep that in mind every time I link a site to Paypal.

But therein lies the issue-- My PayPal and FusionCash names ARE the same. Additionally, I'm still getting FC emails on my email account, so I know it's not blocked.

I suppose I'll try moving everything over to a new email. Hopefully that will work. Thanks to those who suggested it!

While you are still getting e-mails you may not have gotten all e-mails.  There may have been a little while that your e-mail provider wasn't working properly and they bounced a couple back, which is just enough on many systems to flag your e-mail as invalid even though you get subsequent ones so you never notice an issue.  I know this first hand because Charter is horrible with my e-mails and bouncing them back!

If you are going to be involved in making money online, get a free Gmail account.

I had this problem when I tried to cash out in January. I realized the issue was that my name was different on my PayPal as it is here even though it had always gone through before. I made the change and was able to cash out. The time came for me to receive my payment and I get a notice that the payment was temporarily denied because you need to verify my information. I tried to verify online but in step 2 where I had 4 minutes to answer a question, there was no question. So the verification failed and now you want me to verify by fax or email.  I submitted a ticket about this and you tell me I can submit the info via email to fusioncash.com, I thought you only used fusioncash.net. I'm really not happy about this run around I'm getting.

Hi there,
You used the business contact form even though it specifically asks you not to, and you got directed back to the correct support channel.  We use fusioncash.net for the website and fusioncash.com for our email system, for legacy reasons.  We also own a suite of similar domains ( .us , .co ) and short domains fca.sh and fusion.cash.

I'm sorry about the trouble you've had -- the "step 2" portion of the ID process has been used successfully many times by our members before and since your attempt, so I'm not sure what went wrong there.

Wow I hope I don't run into these problems. So far I have never had a problem getting paid.
