body pillow
« on: January 31, 2016, 08:53:32 am »
is being offered for pregnant mothers.
yet, it seems as if it would benefit most everyone.
one review seemed to think so.
I squirm to get comfortable in my bed.
I didn't always squirm.
I don't know when I started.
I am going to put this on my shopping list.

I've been thinking about getting one of the wedge pillows to elevate legs at night after working 10-11 hours of running around all night.  Wondering now if a body pillow would be a better choice...something I'll have to look into now.  :)

A body pillow sounds like a great idea.  I must check it out.  Thanks for mentioning it.

I saw one of those huge U shaped pillows online and it looked so comfortable. My little sister said those are for pregnant people. Heck I don't care I want one anyway. LOL.

True! I think they'd be comfortable for anyone.
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)

I remember using a body pillow when I was pregnant and it really helped me to get comfortable and get some much needed sleep. There's something about putting a pillow between your knees which helps your spine fall in line with where it is supposed to be, particularly for side sleepers! My sister, who gave birth not long after me (10 years ago) still uses a body pillow because she says it helps her to get comfortable even now. I agree with you, I think everybody could benefit from it. I say don't knock it until you've tried it!

I never thought about getting one. If it helps me sleep better, I might get one. Depends on how much it costs too.

I've heard that they are very nice and people sleep very good with them; never given any thought to getting one but maybe if I catch a very good sale on one I might try. Thanks for putting the idea out there.
