don't have to be home improvement ones that involve physical labor.
There are puzzles, foreign languages, and other creative tasks [crafts] that are great for the brain's function.
You are never too old to study something new.
The pace or time it takes can be just ten minutes to half an hour a day.

LOL, my special projects mostly end up being on the computer! I have a lot of half-finished craft projects, but never seem to detach myself from my laptop long enough to work on anything else.

I'm trying to learn Dutch. With the ADHD it's a very slow process. I'm not one for creative projects like art and crafts. My only talent is getting out of bed in the morning, lol.

I overwork myself so i dont have a lot of spare time to do much else. I used to do a lot of crafts but it is spendy to keep up.

Was thinking of getting a Raspberry pi or a development kit to work with... Would be good in my field to know understand the chip/components
