Do You Eat Peanut Butter?

I love peanut butter.  I eat it when I really do not want fast food and  no time to cook.   It is great with a large glass of milk

   Yes and no. If I am hungry...and nothing else is around, I will eat creamy peanut butter and crackers. Some people say peanut butter is good for you...while others say: "Skip it! Because is not good for you!" Who is right? I do not know! Speaking of peanut butter: There are other nut butters too. I have tried almond butter and sunflower seeds butter. Both taste pretty good. I do not know the nutritional value of some of these nut butters.

I love peanut butter and eat it all the time. I also bake with it. I love peanut butter sandwiches with honey. Doesn't matter whether is crunchy or creamy. I have also found a love for other nut butters.
