Do You Eat Peanut Butter?

I love peanut butter, although have to be careful when preparing lunches in the kitchen as my youngest son has a peanut allergy. I know a really good recipe for a Thai peanut sauce. Mix 1/4 cup peanut butter,  1/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 3 tablespoons water and 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Heat and stir until the ingredients are dissolved. This peanut sauce is really nice when added to sauted veggies (peppers, onions) and a little chicken and served inside a tortilla.

I like peanut butter, I even like it on my pancakes instead of butter. I know I am weird. Loved it as a kid and still think it is one of the best things there is for a snack. Like some with my apple slices or celery.  I am so glad it one that I am not allergic to.

I like to eat peanut butter with toast.  Love it creamy or crunchy doesn't matter to me.  I still like them both.

Actually, peanut butter on pancakes doesn't sound half bad! I like it on bagels, bananas, cookies, and most things I can think of. Rarely does a day go by that I don't have some PB, which I guess I can get away with since I have to make sure I'm getting enough protein.

I do love peanut butter, but don't eat it very often because I'm dieting and its high in fat. I love a good old-fashioned PB&J sandwich every once in a while though, and I'm a sucker for Reese's peanut butter cups.

Yes, I like peanut butter, but only the crunchy type of peanut butter. Somehow the creamy does not taste as good as the crunchy one.

Do you prefer creamy or crunchy? Do you eat it in a sandwich or bake with it? Are you sensitive to peanuts? I really don't eat it as much as when I was younger. I like it the most on a sandwich with fruit yum. Have a gr8 day

Creamy and smooth peanut butter is the best. Nothing beats it. I absolutely love it.

I love Peanut Butter especially the creamy one.  I will eat crunchy, but not my favorite.
