The work must not too stressful, I think the more older you get, the more easy to nap.

MANY years ago I had someone at my job that did that, she would go into the back and nap, Id caught her several times napping, and would say something to her, to which she would tell me oh I wasnt napping, even tho she would have sleep lines on her face where your clothing would press into your face, hope that makes sense.

Another thing she would do is lift the paper up as if she were reading, but she would keep dropping the paper because she fell asleep

I take a nap at work sometimes. Luckily I work from home.

I've seen people nap at work during breaks.  Some people work more than one job, are working & going to school or we work nights so some have a hard time getting sleep during the day.  It's not unusual but I couldn't just doze up and then go right back to work without being bummed that I didn't get a longer nap.

Napping at work is definitely frowned upon, well, at least at my place of employment! If you are that tired, you should leave work and go home and sleep!

Napping at work is not OK but if your on break or something maybe a little nap will do; or just leave work early.

Not really. Some employers offer a sofa or a Lazy-Boy chair to allow employees take a nap during break-time. In stressful jobs, these naps are really time savers by recharging or energizing tired employees. Productivity is the point.

I have never fallen asleep at work though there have been times where I have come close.

I don't think it is wrong to nap on your break. I have done it before. Just make sure you set an alarm incase you fall into a deep sleep. You don't want your boss coming to wake you up.
