These days I use coconut oil, and don't spend any money on lotions and creams.

I usually use baby oil and cocoa butter.
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)

You can use baby oil in the mornings and before you go to bed. It really helps me out. Just a small drop on the palm of your hands will do. I been doing so for 7 years. Recommended by my doctor. Hope this helps.   :)

I usually use it after a shower while my skin is moist so it will absorb better.

AmLactyn has helped my seriously bumpy arms. I have keratosis pilaris, but that stuff has done wonders for my KP.

Calendula is a moisturizing cream my radiation doctor told me to use.  When you have radiation, the part that receives it becomes very dry worse then a very bad sunburn.  It can be bought over the counter, I'm not sure if every drugstore sells it, I got it from the pharmacy in the hospital.  It's pretty expensive $14.00 for a tube, but it really worked.  You might want to look into that.

For hand, I use working hands by O'Keefe... I seen a lot of products that have paraben and ethanol type ingredients... Cerave, Gold Bond, Cetaphil, etc have ingredients with Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, or Propylparaben

It all depends. What type of skin do you have? Visit your local drugstore: Walmart, Walgreens and any pharmacy at your local grocery store. There are so many. Try  some of them and see what you like the best.
