I would take flowers or chocolate or nothing at all... doesn't matter to me.

I don't think I have received anything special for valentine's in the past. Although a nice wonderful home made special dinner will do. I do not like to go to restaurants because they are always packed and you have to make reservations in advanced. I think a romantic Valentine's dinner at home followed by a nice hot tub bath is in the works.

My partner decided to get me pre-Valentine's Day gifts, like 2 stuffed animals (a cute little elephant, my favorite, and Hello Kitty), a faux rose, and a scented candle.  :rose: I'm not particular with Valentine's Day, and wouldn't mind not receiving anything, but my partner always has other plans, haha.

My husband usually gets me flowers and chocolate and a small gift. Wish we could spend the day together but I will be working all day and night Valentines Day. :( I work in a restaurant and it is one of the busiest days of the year.
