  has anyone tried it?? every time i do i get no response from it i set there waiting for like 5 minutes or longer and it doesnt say nothing back im just curious if anyone else has had this problem :-

I have had the same problem....no response after the first question!!!!  I stopped using it and open a support ticket instead.

I wasn't aware that existed until I saw this thread. I went and tried it after, and I got the same thing. No response after the first question. For me though, it wouldn't even let me type anything else after I asked my first question. It all just kind of froze.
