Cold? Sinus infection?

I dont know which it is, a bad cold or a sinus infection. UGH!!!!

I don't know which is worse, but right now I have an awful sinus infection and it is driving me up the wall. I think it will ease once I can get out in the fresh air without freezing my behind off.  It gets stuffy in the house in the winter.

i can deal with a cold better the a sinus infection they give you the pressure and headaches

Never had a sinus infection, but I think having a cold is easy to deal with.. A cold last only a few days where sinus infection could last weeks....

I hear ya! I can't shake this congestion with a cough for a week now. Just starting to feel better and I hate running to the doctors for every little thing, so it was over the counter Mucinex for me! lol ... Hope you feel better!

I think they're equally as bad. Unless you keep air in your home clean, you will have a good chance of catching either one in cold weather.

I prefer a cold over sinus infection.  I've had a head cold for past week but I think the cold weather (single digits) is messing up my sinuses as well.  I have a warm mist humidifier going which helps alot and a cozy, warm scarf helps when outside, so as to not breathe the icy air.  Getting plenty of rest & stay hydrated.  Fruit helps give energy while providing health benefits & hydration.

I think a sinus infection is the worst, I don't even want to think about that, it is 3 degrees here now.
