Do you like Apricot?

I like apricots. My grandma had an apricot tree and the fruit was wonderful. Has its own taste. Do you like apricots? Do you cook with them? I never had apricot cake or cookies. I have read they cookup well with meat. Have a gr8 day

I like apricots.  Not one of my favorite fruits, but I still like it.  One of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes is a Cinnamon Apricot cookie - uses apricot jam in both the cookie and the frosting.  Yum.

I had apricot preserves on my toast last night with my eggs.

I love apricot. It has a rich, old-timey flavor....great in quick bread, cake, with chicken.....so many ways.

My mom used to get apricot nectar in huge cans for us to drink like OJ. I over did it one time, and avoided it like the plague for many years.

However, I have re-discovered it, and I love the stuff. Reminds me of my sweet grandma.

Think I need toast with apricot preserves now

I like apricot's. I just don't eat a lot of them!

I love apricots, and in fact I made apricot jam this year. And it really taste good on toast and or pancakes.  Oh that does remind me I need to get some out. Haven't had any in a few weeks.  We try to make it last until we get apricots next year. If we do. sometimes we get a late freeze or a hail and  then we won't have any.

I use to drink apricot brandy a long time ago but the days are done. I couple beers now and then but that is it.

I love apricot marmalade, it's so good. I like fresh apricots too, but they aren't my first choice, I prefer other fruits. Dried apricots are okay, but dried mango is my favorite dried fruit.
