3 days no email

I have reset my emails 2 times and no fc email. Support I have a ticket open and no response for 3 days now. Can you fix this issue? Thank you

I think Support might be a bit behind right now.  I've had a ticket in there (for a different reason) since December 20th and haven't received any replies as yet.

Have you checked your spam folder for those emails?

Like BlackSheepNY said, you should check your other folders just in case. I've noticed that for a few days at a time my email will come, but will be in another folder or in spam. After like 4 to 6 days of this, they'll start coming back to my inbox like normal. If no luck with that, I'd wait a week and then reset them again or maybe support will have let you know something by then. Good luck to you

  This has happened to me several times in the past.  I just went and signed back up again.  As you have stated, you have already done that.  I think right now FC is having some glitch problems in several areas.  Just keep on top of your support ticket

Have you tried going in and signing up again?  That happens to me, I wont get an email for a day so I go back in and sign up.  Then I start getting it again.

I found out my problem was my email service. I was using windows live email which is now not supported by Microsoft. Switched to the new Outlook mail and all is good. Thanks all for advice.

I had this problem and I ended up having to switch to a yahoo email instead of my AT&T email. For some reason they were blocking FC emails.

You can also sign back up for the daily email.  I have had the emails randomly stop in the past and signing back up solved my problems
