I agree with the "one step at a time" philosophy.  I don't make new year resolutions.

I never do new years resolutions... If I wanted to change something I will do it as soon as possible and not wait til new years to motivate myself

I'm actually making progress on mine. I'm trying to be healthier and lose some more weight. I recently lost 20 pounds.

Congrats!!! That's my total weight loss goal.  I've been focusing more on drinking more water and doing better at portion control.  I see results but am not ready to get on the scale just yet- it can be discouraging if expectations are not met.
