Ask anyone and they'll say yes.  I feel the easiest and quickest way to cashout is though Paypal.  If you don't know about Paypal or how they work, it's easy...as long as you have a bank account.
If you don't know about Paypal, they are secure and it links right to your bank account.  It's very convenient.
